The next General Membership meeting will be held on Monday May 16, 2016 at Selkirk General Hospital in the boardroom.
Agenda items will include
- 2nd reading of the proposed changes to the Bylaws
- elections for the positions of President, Secretary-Treasurer & one trustee
- by-election to fill the vacant Vice-President position
Quorum is essential. Please make an effort to attend. Call-in options will be available as well but spaces are limited so if you are able to attend in person or call-in from a set location as a ‘group’ that would be helpful. Call-in instructions will be provided closer to the meeting date.
